Superb studio date from one of our favorite local tenor titans, whojust keeps getting better and busier. Tony penned about half of these fine tunes, with one by his wife, Angelica Sanchez, plusOrnette's "Humpty Dumpty", the standard "What is This Thing CalledLove" and Latin song called "Dorotea La Cautiva". This is Tony's second great release of the year as a leader, besides that great quartet with Louie Belogenis on Avant. Well recorded and a most thoughtful and well-connected trio. Dedicated to our dear friend, the late Irving Stone.
